Poem: Your Star by: jmt

I want to be your star,
Although I'm very far,
I'll always twinkle for you,
The best thing I can do.

I want to be your star,
Though can't be reach by car,
I'll always sparkle for you,
My cutesy, loving beau.

I want to be your star,
For sure will never mar,
I will always shine for you,
It's because I love you so.

Poem: Incomparable Life by: Janice Anog (LNHS 1-Narra)

My life has something,
That nothing can compare,
It's so exciting,
That my heart can spare.

I love this life,
 That God had given,
'Cause I know this gift,
Cannot be forbidden.

I'll take care about,
This incomparable life,
And been in my mind,
The things it has done.

Poem: Sometimes by: jmt

Sometimes I feel so weak and lonely,
Burdens at my back seems so heavy,
Loaded with a kind of uncertainty,
This trek of life isn't that easy.

Sometimes I feel really blessed and gay,
Everything is in order and seems okay,
Laughters can be heard all the way,
Life is like a continuous play.

Sometimes tears run down softly,
It seems to drown me slowly,
But sometimes tears flow merrily,
Just by living a meaningful life fully.

Poem: Friend by: jmt

Faithful one who understands fully,
In times of hardship always ready,
Whatever trials that will encounter,
 Thick and thin ceaselessly ever.

Reminiscing events in the past,
Surely in my mind it will last,
It's a nice and blissful memory,
Moment that's as sweet as victory.

Intersection in life's pathway,
Got a chance to meet you one day,
Hi and Hello are such a feeling of gay,
But sad goodbye is taking the heart away.

Even if distance seems like a barrier,
But at heart friends will be truly forever,
Recollections of being together,
Forgetting these are definitely never.

Nothing can be compared,
To this friendship we've shared,
Despite that sometimes it's tough,
Reasons of giving up aren't enough.

Doing the best as possibly can,
Like each other's avid fan,
No matter what until the end,
A friend will always be a friend.
Friend in different languages

Poem: One Living, wonderful Life by: Trecia Mae Cabatingan

It's good to live and great to give,
For all the time, it makes me fine.
So let us love the life we have,
And care about, for that's so right.

The greatest gift the Lord had given,
Is life atone and nothing more.
With all the problems that we should face,
God alone can give us faith.

This precious life that we have now,
Is the most important, the greatest one.
Let's put in mind there words I'll say,
One living and wonderful life,
Can be so sure in many ways.

Poem: My Life in This World by: Leopoldo Marapo, Jr. (LNHS, 1-Gold)

"I'm a prince of a castle"
I will shout to this world,
Because of my family,
Who loved me at my worst.

We survived all together,
Because of their full support,
So sadness is goodbye,
And happiness is mine.

This life is a race,
That we have to face,
           So come and ride,
With this journey of my life.

Poem: The Game of My Life by: Charles Bebero (LNHS, 1-Gold)

Everyday in my life is a new beginning,
I stand firmly in the middle of suffering,
Life goes just the flow of the rive,
So I dreamed as if I'll live forever.

Some people thought that life is unfair,
That their hopes bring the to loneliness,
They don't realize that life is like a race,
Because failures for them is hard to face.

I live with faith and generous sharing,
I livw with truth, kindness, and sharing,
And learn to find the key to success,
Since life is not a bed of rose.

Poem: Sabbath Day

The seventh day of the week,
That gives strength to the weak,
A blissful day being celebrated,
With the Infinite One who created.

This special day is really the best,
It's because I can joyfully rest,
Together with my Loving Saviour,
It is such a great honor.

A blessed day to remember,
 I will never ever falter,
So come whatsoever may,
I'll keep God's sabbath day.

Happy Sabbath day!

It has been a long time that we planned to meet each other, but it was God's time today.Eventhough it was a short time,we enjoyed every moment.

When I was watching our batch movie,I cried.  I remembered what we have trained during the training.  "To srpead the word of God to the end the world."  What I am doing here? For center,Chinese, myself.  It is a challege.  I want to be an overcomer.  I know you also have your difficulty, too.  Yeah, that is what you teach me today,"don't lost hope".  We are the winner man,Jesus is coming soon!:)

Apple nice, Apple sweet, Apple Apple,  I love you!

Thank you for your kindness!:)

Reply:

@ Fay: thank you for the time and especially the friendship that you shared... I really treasured it, I hope that eventhough our term will end, our friendship will still flourish... God will surely bless you because you have a very sincere heart in a way that you really wanted to share the gospel to the Chinese people around your center, not just to them but to all that surrounds you...

I can say that I'm blessed to meet a friend like you, I am inspired as well to do God's mission. Just continue to be a blessing to other people. You are really one of the kindest persons I've ever known since our training way back in campus.

I love you, Fay... and take care always... JAIO! AZA! FIGHTING! LABAN!

"Don't Forget!"

Here is an experience i wanted to share with you...

This happened one Sunday morning with my conversation class---I had 3 students who were non-believers. That was a nice day, the classroom atmosphere was splendid. We talked about what happened in the past week. We enjoyed talking so much until such time that I started our lesson for that day.

Abruptly, one of my students interrupted, "Teacher, we haven't prayed yet."

Just then I realized, I didn't start our class with a prayer that day unlike we usually do every class time. I told them that I forgot it and we started to pray.

Our class ended that day, but still the incident remained in my head. Her reaction was surprising, as i remembered our first class, she was the only one who doesn't like to start and end our class with a prayer because she don't believe in God and for here He didn't exist at all.
I felt sorry of what happened, but one thing came to my mind--- as a molder of young minds, we have a great impact in their lives and even the people that surrounds us. Our actions indicate who we are and our principles in life. We might not tell them about Jesus directly, but in one way or another, we can be a reflection of our Saviour.

So, don't forget to pray, to put God first in everything we do and to set Him as our first priority in life. In this way, we can be able to let our light shine to those souls who are still lingering in darkness.
In Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men."
With my students---Ashley, Jay, Sandy, Ram, Alex, Jake, and Shy.
